SENSORY PLAY

Sensory Play for Littles is all about brain development (and fun)! Littles learn through PLAY. Because play is what captures their attention… and play feeds their FIVE SENSES…which feeds their brain!

Littles love to explore the world through touch, taste, smell, sound and sight.    All the activities we do in Sensory Play stimulate their senses and help littles work on specific skills while they play: fine and gross motor, language and other cognitive skills. Through play and experimentation, they make all sorts of connections! The observations they will make, and the learning that will take place, through experimenting with and investigating different sensory play options actually lays a foundation for understanding core math and science concepts later on. Our engagement in play with them can be really powerful - and we do that through modeling but then also pulling back to observe and narrate what they are doing. Ultimately, we want them to really take the reins and be in charge of the activity, so that they are making their own decisions about what's happening in front of them. That's child-led play and learning! Locations to be announced closer to start date but will be in Beverly Hills area. Fee for a 10 week session $495.
